Traffic Police said last night they were still investigating the horrific road crash which killed German student Catrin Schaefer.
They are still compiling a dossier of evidence, more than a month after the 23-year-old was killed in a head-on collision on
Kindley Field Road.

A 31-year-old St. George's man arrested immediately after the 1 a.m. crash on September 27 is still bound by Police bail.
The man, understood to be a chef, will have to reappear at St. George's Police Station on December 18.
A Police spokesman said: "The investigation is continuing and when the file is completed it will be going to the Attorney General's
Chambers.

"The man who was arrested has not been charged but is on Police bail and is due to answer to that bail in December."
Catrin, a student at Dusseldorf University, had been on a one-week study trip at the Bermuda Biological Station for Research.
She had her life snuffed out when she rode back towards the station's Wright Hall campus.
